Salena, a native Tennessean, brings unparalleled knowledge and insight to the communities she serves across both Middle and East Tennessee. With a background in Paralegal Studies, she leverages her analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex transactions to deliver seamless real estate experiences for her clients. Her dedication and loyalty have earned her a solid reputation as a trusted professional and a consistent place on the top-producing agents list at Luxury Homes International (LHI).

As one of the original agents at LHI, Salena has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s success. Serving as an ambassador, she encourages and supports other agents, shining a bright spotlight on LHI’s commitment to excellence and collaboration. Her leadership and passion inspire those around her, contributing to the firm’s vibrant culture and growth.

Beyond real estate, Salena is deeply devoted to her community. She proudly volunteers with her local Chamber of Commerce, where she serves on the Board of Directors, and is actively involved in various philanthropic initiatives aimed at uplifting others.

When not working with clients, Salena and her husband of 18 years, Brian, enjoy traveling both locally and internationally.

Jacob Seeley

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR | REALTOR

Jacob Seeley serves as the Operations Director, where he plays a key role in supporting the firm’s agents and overseeing daily operations. With experience on both the agent and operational side of the business, he brings a practical, well-rounded perspective that strengthens productivity and enhances the client experience.

In his role, Jacob leads internal operations including agent onboarding, technology support, vendor coordination, and office management. He works closely with leadership to implement systems and processes that drive efficiency, consistency, and long-term growth across the organization.

Kristie Blasingim

Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Kristie Blasingim brings a lifetime of local knowledge and dedication to her clients. A Brentwood native and graduate of Tennessee Tech, she has been serving buyers and sellers since 2014 and is a licensed Broker. Known for her steady, strategic approach, Kristie guides clients with clarity and confidence through every step of the process.

Kristie is a key member of The Luxury Collective Nashville, a collaborative real estate team built on the belief that luxury is defined by service, not price point. By combining the strengths of multiple experienced agents, the team delivers elevated marketing, thoughtful negotiation, and seamless execution across all price ranges.

In addition, Kristie serves as Sales Manager for LUXBid, helping lead innovative marketing strategies designed to create urgency, maximize exposure, and drive strong results for sellers.

Licensed in both Tennessee and Utah, Kristie specializes in relocation and works seamlessly with clients navigating cross-state moves. Her dual-market experience allows her to simplify complex transitions and ensure every move feels smooth and well-managed.

Relationship-driven and detail-oriented, Kristie is committed to providing a refined, stress-free experience where every client feels confident and exceptionally cared for.

Kristie has been married to her college sweetheart, Michael, for 30 years, and they have two adult children. She enjoys traveling, snow skiing, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
